A long time favourite (the song by Jon Bon Jovi) since I listened to it for the first time many many years ago. 

The funny thing is that I had never really fully understood the meaning of the title until today. When I watched a short video of the movie in which Clint Eastwood says exactly that.

Birthday 2020 and counting...

Last night I got a lawn mower as a present given to myself. I have never had one before and I felt like having one. I must say it is fantastic and really really fast. I could only try it for half an hour or so but I am very happy.

The problem is that there is not a lot of grass since we are in the middle of the rain season (April) but the grass is starting to grow fast now.

 Anyway the results are great :)

Birthday 2010

Hi there,
Today is my birthday and my sister-in-law's too. We have celebrated it in my cottage spending a day out in the country. Everything was just fine but it started raining late in the afternoon. Too bad!!!

After that my nephew and me have feed the hamsters and checked the new born ones. They seem perfectly healthy. Their mother didn't mind us checking their nest. I'm glad about that because I thought she might get really angry after all I've read about them on the net. Anyway I need another cage. It's impossible that they all fit in this one when they grow up. It's 10 animals where there were only two!!! In less than a month I need to find people interested in adopting a hamster. Think about it!!! They are nice, friendly and cheap to keep. Interested?????

My birthday

Today is my birthday. I'm 38 (alive and kickin'). But the main celebration of the day is my brother's wedding!!! Besides, it's my sister in-law's birthday too!!!

I have the feeling it's going to be a great day.

Well, not many interesting things today. Only that I didn't feel like writing any blog entry in the morning nor in the afternoon. But strangely enough I'm doing it right now when I'm supposed to be more tired than before. I may be turning into a night creature. Gosh!

There is only one thing that I would like to comment in relationship with computers. You know that I fell in love with pendrivelinux 2007 version based on Debian Etch. I enjoyed it a lot and still do. I carry it everywhere I go. But today I have switched my love to Debian live. A project I have followed from the very beginning. Today I have downloaded and tried the Lenny release. And it works just perfect. What a great present for my birthday. Thanks to all the team at Debian live.
